Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with strong Python and .NET/C# experience to help design, build, modernize, and maintain backend systems, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise-grade software solutions for global clients. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys backend engineering, system design, clean code, API development, cloud deployment, and working in a remote team with clear communication and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Python and .NET/C#.
• Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable REST APIs and service integrations.
• Work on cloud-ready applications, automation workflows, and enterprise systems.
• Contribute to modernization of existing software systems and backend architecture.
• Build reliable integrations with databases, third-party APIs, internal tools, and client platforms.
• Write clean, tested, readable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in technical planning, code reviews, debugging, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with remote team members across different time zones.
• Support CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and production issue resolution.
• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity, debugging, and testing where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Python in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with .NET / C#.
• Experience building REST APIs, backend services, and web application backends.
• Strong understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, debugging, and software development best practices.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, security, and API design principles.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
• English level C1 or higher for technical communication, meetings, and documentation.

You may work with Python, .NET/C#, FastAPI, Django, Flask, ASP.NET Core, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, REST APIs, WebSockets, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, React, Next.js, TypeScript, LLM APIs, AI-assisted development tools, and automation workflows. You do not need to know every tool, but you should be strong in backend engineering and comfortable learning new technologies.

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, or cloud deployment workflows.
• Experience with microservices or distributed systems.
• Experience with SaaS platforms or enterprise-grade systems.
• Experience integrating AI/ML features, LLM APIs, automation agents, or AI-assisted workflows.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, or TypeScript.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of security best practices, compliance awareness, or data privacy standards.
• Previous experience working in consulting, client-facing, or fast-moving startup environments.
